The Cub Scouts of America was incorporated to provide a program for community
organizations that offers effective character, citizenship, and personal
fitness training for youth.
In Chelmsford, we are lucky to have many Cub Scout packs. Each pack is
run independently and eligible boys are free to join either of the
packs.
